My wifes Fit Sport has just over 130k on it and has never had any issues other than the valve recall. Having an independent shop change out the plugs as well as brake fluid, transmission fluid and coolant.
I know it costs more to have a shop do it vs doing it yourself but the pricing he gave me was pretty high. I had him call some other parts places and said he got the price down with Autolite OE plugs.
Is there a downside? Dealer quote I got was only a little more and I'm guessing he'd use the OEM plugs
Thoughts?

I agree. Even if they make no noise. Some could be tight. It is very easy to get to the plugs with the intake manifold and valve cover off as is necessary for valve clearance adjustment, so you should save some labor on plugs if you opt for valve adjustment as well.
