I stumbled across this today,TryForce Power Effects ECU. $884 USD. I'm going to send an email to inquire whether it is USDM compatible and the full function of it.

They still haven't responded. Maybe I will try again.
It's not a new ECU. You send them your ECU and make a list of your mods and usage (DD, Track car...). They program the existing ECU; so I would think the software they use should be compatible.

Would be nice to remove speed limiter, increase redline by 3-400 rpm, decrease fan temp switch point operation to maintain under 200*F, allow for slightly more ignition timing, and lower vtec crossover by about 200-300 rpms
Also would not hurt to allow generic 2.5inch MAF tube!
