Thumbs up New, don't punish me yet

I'm sure there's one million posts, and I'll get the newb treatment but it's just a simple question.

I want xxr 531. Now do I go 0 offset or +20? Help.

Neither, but don't listen to me, I like to actually beat the piss and crap out of my cars and not be some attention seeking static display in a parking lot.

Thank you for chiming in sexy drive....well since you now have arrived what is a good 16" wheel size? I just read your build and I envy your fit. See I just recently went from a 2011 sti (track/daily), to a 2013 fit (daily) that I want to be...hmm a good word I guess would be I want it to be a drivers car. My problem is I know nothing about figment, where to pirchase motor/pitch/trams mounts. Suspension...etc. seems all the good stuff is over seas

Neither. stay with offsets 45 to 50 mm and rim widths 6 07 7" depending on tire. Make sure the wheel spokes clear calipers and hub bore fits. Tire rack and most wheel suppliers will affirm proper fit to your Fit.

I too was looking at some xxr wheels, the price is great and they have nice choices...however their wheels are for cars that have the space to run such low offsets.

From what I heard +40/45 is what you want on the ge8, otherwise there will be serious rubbing issues if you are lowered.

16x7 +42 is a really nice fitment for using the vehicle in a driving the speed limit way. Don't want to go to wide with tires that actually fit the wheel for the Fit has no testosterone. When I go out on circuit, normally using 215/50R15 up front and 195/55R15 rear. Going to try some 225/45R15 f and 205/50R15 in the very near future with a less grippy BFGoodrich Rival. It might just have a bit too much sectional width, not really anymore than the 215/50 A050s, and I haven't noticed any detriment when pushing it. I have some ZII Dunlops in 195/55s on my MF10Ls that I want to give a go out on circuit, just to see how they do. Using 15" on circuit for a bit lighter weight and to alter the final drive some for a little more acceleration out of slow corners at the sacrifice of overall top speed, but most of the smaller circuits never allow the Fit to even hit 170km/h so that top speed sacrifice doesn't matter.

Much appreciated. It's fun, but SLOOOOOOW!!!

Thank you all for the advice...some 15x7 +40-42 sounds like I can drive this car .

Kind of miss my 11' sti but I think this could be a fun car.
