best debadging method?

the last time i've done this was years ago, but is the hair dryer and floss method still tried and true? i'd like to go for a clean look in the rear.

Yep, that's the method. Still does the trick.

To completely clean the residue you'll want to use some glue remover like Goo Gone, Goof Off or Tarminator. But you don't wanna leave that stuff on the paint too long, so wash it off well afterwards.

goof off might be a tad too potent. I used to use it to strip paint.

Use Goo Gone, it works and won't hurt the paint.

Yeah, the last time I stripped badges was in 2000 I think.

I used floss and goo b gone.

I see no reason why it wouldn't still work, unless car manufacturers have drastically changed their adhesives lol

A steam cleaner does a great job as well. Like the shark brand kind. No chemicals needed for the residue. I need to do mine soon.

I have always used the floss method as well, but with WD40 instead of goo gone.
