Stuck in need of help
So I'm not the best with wheel fitments and stuff wanting my first set of wheels for my fit I'm lowered on tein springs I'm looking at rota Jmags but I always see them on first gen fits when I try to search online for a ge8 I wanna do 16x7 40 offset will there be any issues with that on my 2013 any info would be great

The specs will fit a 2013. It all depends on your tire size of choice. If your going 185/55x16, it won't have rub issues.

Thanks for the info I've been told a lot of sizes I'm bad with sizing rims and tires still kinda understanding how it all works I just do t wanna rub but don't wanna have crazy stretched tires either not a fan of that look just want some nice wheels at a good prices now to decide if I want black or polished on my white fit

should fit, but depending on the tire you get you might rub a little bit. my winter set is a 16x7 ET40 with 205/50/16 Continental DWS. it rubbed just a little early on in the front, but no more rubbing even at full bump. i even run a 5mm spacer on the rears.

I gonna prob go with 195/50/16 seems to be a safe size since you kinda rubbed on 205 is your car lowered

Now I gotta just get thru these stock tires 35000 miles and there still all good a little uneven wear cause I lowered it with no alignment but nothing to bad

I never aligned my car after I lowered it. It's been about 60k miles and nothing unusual. All of my tires have lasted the advertised mileage or longer.
It's pretty hard to screw up the alignment much with McPherson strut front end as long as you don't slam the car.
