I'd be reluctant to spend more than $10K for it. Prices have dropped considerably in the last 6 months.
Edmunds and KBB are high according to anecdotes floating around here. Go through a few pages in this forum and you'll see what I mean.
oops sorry, I see you're in Montreal. I have no idea what the market is like there.

IMO that price for the 2010 fit sport might be too high considering it already has 80k mi. I agree that prices on the outgoing model (2013) have dropped significantly this month. I would test drive the 2015 fit and shop around 2013s. You never know what you just might find these days. Or maybe a used 2012. Good luck. Happy shopping.

A new (undriven) 2013 Fit in Ontario/Quebec is ~3000 off before taxes and $1000 after taxes right now. So ~19k to drive off lot, taxes included? (At 13% tax, the one below is ~15k to drive away).
In order for a 15k car to be worth it compared to a "new" 2013 fit you'd have to value the first 80000 km at under 4k, so 1000$ per 20000 km, or an expected car lifetime of 380,000 km. This does not include valuing "new car km" higher than older car km (as their maintenance costs are lower) or any financing costs.
Basically, with the kind of deals they are selling 2013 fits for (or even 2014), used fits are being undercut right now.
