Tinting windows tomorrow

Hey guys I'm getting my 13 fit sport polished metal metallic tinted. I was thinking going 25% on the back windows (left, right, hatch) and 30% on driver and passenger. What I'm curious about is the 4 little windows (2 front, 2 back). What % tint should I go on those? Same 25%back and 30% front? Or should I limo tint them? Will that look too odd having the transition from limo to 30% to 25% to limo?
What do you guys think? And if you happen to have a metallic grey sport with tint then please post pictures and % of how your tint looks!

Edit --- got % numbers switched around

I had my done at 32% (legal limit here), all the way around. Including the little windows. I like the look of tint being even.

Make sure you install tint that blocks heat and UV rays.

Thank you. Yes it will block heat and uv as my girlfriends dad has a very good friend and he's tinted both their vehicles so I'm going with him as well.

I live in CA so legal limit here is 70% visible light on both front driver/pass. The two on back and hatch don't have a limit but 2 side view mirrors are required which I obviously have xD

Got any pics of the little windows?

Here you go. The first two pics are without the OEM door visors. The last one with visors. Hope that helps.

Here's a side view with the OEM door visors:

You're welcome my friend. I think 30% all around would look great.

After you get it done, definitely post up pics!

I got 40% on all my windows, and it looks darker than expected due to the dark interior.

If you can convince the guy doing the tint, i would recommend tinting the 2 small windows in the front about 10% darker than the rest of the car. The only reason I say that is, the tan trim around those windows makes them look lighter than the rest of the car. The tan trim just reflects more light out than the rest of the car.

Hey bud. I'm not sure which type of tint the guy used on mine but from what I know about tinting is that nowadays tinting is so common that people compete for business. I got mine done for 225 but since my gf's dad knew the guy he did it for 135$. The tint he used was suntek so it's great tint. I would say try to make the guy go lower than 225 if not just find somebody else who can do it for less.

I have a 2013 PMM Sport with tint. I went with 50% on all windows since tinting the driver and front passenger is technically illegal in California and I don't like the light/dark look when you mix tints. There are photos of my car in this thread with the tint going on starting with post #12: https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...r-springs.html

I went with the same % on the little windows, as the adjoining ones. 40% in the front, and 35% in the rear. It looks pretty good, but one thing I noticed is the little windows in the front have the tan/gray interior behind them, so they tend to look lighter than the windows on the front doors, even tho they are the same %.

I agree.

I'm thinking the additional light coming in through the windshield lightens it up as well.

I got 15% all around. And to me personally I love the look. I have friends regretting getting high %. Of course it all goes down to personal preferences. It still amazes me how many Fits I see on a daily basis that have no tint. It just looks like you are naked and exposed to the world lol.
