@onefreshfit that fitment looks good. Whats the offset on the rears?

ROFL
I guess you can call me a hater. But you're a hater of your car's handling or of physics to be running that setup and or compliment it!!

Some people like staggered fitment for the look, not everyone is going to "track" a Fit.
I wouldn't say a hater, everyone is entitled to an opinion. To each there own, not everyone is going to like the same thing.

He's running 17x8.5 +35 with 5mm spacers and extended studs up front and 17x9.5 +35 rear no spacers.

Then Stagger it by running the wider in the front. How does that not make sense to you? I only called myself hater to lessen the blow.
I stagger on my civic by running a lower offset in the front. Don't care what you say. Wearing your jeans around your knees is still dumb even if its for the "look". Same shit with running wider anything on the rear wheels of an FWD car. Makes no sense what so ever. Same goes to VW owners who run hella flush on FWD GTI's and I know you know what i'm talking about. Just think about it, would you run a wider tire setup in the front of a 370Z or an S2000? I wouldn't be writing any of this if the poster had it flipped around or ran 215's all around. Don't be that guy that tries to defy logic and justify it.. Just sayin
PS: If the guy lived anywhere else other than cali then the Understeer would be a factor in the rain with normal driving. It only makes sense when you're running 195s and 215's in the rear dude. You'll be getting on an freeway on ramp and next thing you know you're turning the wheel but the cars not responsive. Electronic Stability Control doesn't correct stupid combined with wet roads.

Just think about the kind of Forum you are helping foster. Do you want to make this an informative forum where people help eachother with technical aspects and issues? Where we can link people to part numbers and websites? Where we can actually advise people who are thinking of cool things to do with their car that don't jeopardize their safty??? This forum and it's memebers can provide so much more value if they weren't so afraid of listening to someone who just might know what they're talking about. And yes, I do have way too much free time at work this week and i'm happy to contribute.

Just trying to add value dude. If anything I really though you would agree with me on this wheel/tire width issue, being someone who I regard as a person who knows a thing or two about cars and knows it well. I am a big fan of the way you modded your GE, very tasteful and as unique as a GE can be in my opinion.
So i'm sorry if i stirred any shit in here. I often wish that fitfreak was more technical and less of the "i got my windows tinted today!" I've been on honda tech since 04 and they have a Fit section but I see more potential on here being that its a whole site dedicated to the car.

LMAO!!!! WOW didnt think my set-up would cause a ruckus in here with one poster!! But anyways this "works" for me as I drive this thing 120 miles round trip for five days a week in socal in the rain when we have any, and on these screwed up fwy's. I don't do it for safety I do it for the "RATCHETS"!!! And my stability control is off due to not having any TPMS!!
P.S. Shit just looks cool.
