RS-R lowering springs
Does anyone have the RS-R lowering springs installed on their fit. It's says it lowers the front 40 to 45mm and 55 to 60mm Rear. The price is $189.00 shipped from www.redline360.com it's pretty cheap but not sure about the ride. Please advice thanks

Nah they don't bounce. They're firm and they never rubbed on the stock wheels and tires but on my 16x7 +40mm with 205/50/r16s I needed to camber 2 degrees up front and I still rub with two heavy adults (200lb+) in the back. Handles nice though.

Rsr sus down..
Absolutely perfect....I have lowered in the past on other cars...tein..manzo.
After researching the hell out of springs for the fit I chose the Sus downs..(NOT SUPER DOWNS)
The ride quality is almost identical to stock....bit tighter with a perfect even drop front/back...
Had someone swapped springs without me knowing I wouldint have known by just the comfort of the ride...
I kept stock dampers as car only has 60,000 km and they are in good shape.
I have 205/50 R16 and zero rubbing even dips faster speed....I was worried about fronts mainly as the tires naturally stick out of fender more....no issue...
The back will be getting 10mm hubcentric spacers with extended studs....I may rub in back but no biggie....I will be getting rear fenders rolled even before the spacers go on just to be safe and prepared..
As you can see front tire protrudes more...zero rub!!

Thanks for sharing! Based on the winter tires it looks like you've lowered it just in time to turn the Fit into a snowplow! haha
Even though my Fit is a dd and meant for fuel economy, I have been very tempted to lower it and put some RPF1s on it and a progress rear sway bar. Just something to give it an oem+ look and feel.
