Antenna/Antenna mount damage

I'm going to get lit up for saying this but long story short I was backing up and the garage door hit the car's antenna. I examined the damage and there is no actual damage to the antenna/antenna mount itself but now there is a slight gap between the roof and the antenna mount. The one thing that I am worried about is water damage as the water might come through and stain the headliner.

I took the car to honda and they were not really straight forward with me. They pretty much examined the problem but they couldn't tell me directly if they could fix it or not. In the end they recommended me to go to a body shop to get it fixed.

So I would just like to know, for this type of problem should I take it to another Honda dealership or should I get it fixed at a body shop? Or if I should take any other action

Probably just a broken clip. Bodyshop will drop the headliner probably and just remove and replace the base. Don't bother with the dealership.

Would a sharkfin replacement cover the area?

Got the antenna fixed by a friend so didn't have to pay a single $. Turns out pulling down the headliner is not as difficult as a I thought. Pulled the headliner down and tightened the bolt and the antenna is flushed back in place.
