NAV for '09 Sport

I have an '09 Sport with a factory NAV package. The NAV is beginning to have some problems, so I've replaced it with a new Kenwood. Now, I'm not sure what to do with the original NAV. Here are the problems I've seen:

1. The navigation (cursor) button in the upper right is intermittent. Works sometimes, but mostly not.

2. The volume control is wonky. It always adjusts the volume, but sometimes in the wrong direction, or too much or too little for how much I've turned it.

3. Just one time, a day before I removed it, I got a "DVD Read Error". I took the DVD out, wiped it off and put it back in, and no errors after. The DVD is still in the unit; I think it's about a year old.

Anyway, any thoughts on this? I thought I should keep it for the day I sell the car, thinking that the new owner might want the original NAV, but I think I've decided against this. Does it have value to anyone? I won't give it away but I'd sell it cheap, plus shipping. If no responses, I'll just pitch it.

I have been completely honest in its condition; no reason to lie. Also, notice in the pic that the logo, or whatever was there at the bottom center, is missing.

Keep it until you sell the car.

Hold it until you sell the car IMO. Just put it in a box so it doesn't collect too much dust. Sometimes complicated electronics can get wonky and just need to sit for a while and then seem to work fine later. While it is most likely not the case, I had an iPod classic not work for 8 years and then after moving one time, I found it in a box and plugged it in and voila! Still works to this day.
