16x8 +20 rims on ge8

just curious on if it will fit. Has anyone tried it yet?
I'm just afraid that i'll rub, or the wheel poking out too far.

here is my height. i am not planning to lower it anymore.

Like the other post says...it's going to take coilovers, a heavy roll/pull, - camber, and a super low drop to make it work. Can it work...yes. Is it going to take $2-3k to make it work well...yes.

I'd go with 7.5 max. I even had to run -camber, roll, pull, and cut the fender liner for my current height with 17x7 +40

This is me currently 17x7 +43 and I'll be adding 3-5mm spacers soon. https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...rogress-5.html

Good luck, whatever you decide.

I have 16X8 +15 in the rear and 16X8 +20 up front.

Rear I had to roll and pull and the front I'm running negative camber with SPC bolts.

Once I get my new tires I'm going to slam the car more with alignment.

Agreed with solbrothers. If you're running springs, which I suspect you are, go 16x7.

If not, see my previous comments.

I'm on the same coils. Because you can't adjust the dampening you don't want low + poke. It won't work. The safest bet is going to be 7" +38-45 offset with a 195 series tire. You can also play around with -camber in the front. I'm sure there's other things that would work, but that's the least likely to require a roll/pull.

^can't say it any better than that.

for low car/low offset you gotta have some high spring rates, spring rates that don't come with over the counter coil overs.

gotta get on that koni/gc tip
