Armrest/console different yr. differences

Does anyone know the differences between 2010 Fit. and 2013 Fit, armrest/consoles?
I have a 2013 Fit, and have seen some armrest/consoles for sale for 2009 -2010 Fits.
How do the 2009 and 2013 orig. consoles (which the armrest/consoles sit on top of) differ?
I have also seen some listed as fitting 2009 - 2012.

It should be the same. They're all considered GE models. Some resellers just have yet to update their listings. If it fits an '09 there's a good chance it'll fit up to a 13 (not exclusively though.) Best case scenario, check the directions provided, or contact the seller. I know Bernandi and CHH have directions on their website for the armrests.

If youre talking about the fixed armrest then there is 2 part numbers I recall seeing not sure of the difference though. One ends with a part number 101 and other says 102.

I'm talking about an aftermarket armrest/console, that attaches above the orig console cup holders.

A genuine one at $180+ is a bit rich for my budget.

You should be fine unless your going for the JDM (it is a bit different by default.) I'm looking right now, and the 2009-2013 use the same center console mold, so any armrest made for 2009+ will properly fit upon the 2013 console.

Which one are you considering?

If you do install it, please post pictures of the install or at least the aftermath. I'm sure other folks could benefit from it.

Not sure which one yet. I want one that flips up. Some don't
I was hoping someone would make a specific suggestion, other than to say orig. Honda. I realize a Orig. Honda one would most likley be the nicest.

I'd personally only aware of three, the OEM, or the JDM center console replacement (which doesn't flip down.) And these I found on Ebay;

2009 2012 Honda Fit Jazz Black Leather Armrest Center Console Cup Holder New | eBay

I had one of those myself at one point, and it broke after 4 months of use. It's 2 part construction, and it weak/non-sturdy out of the box, also with non matching installation hardware and instructions. It does provided the same exact features though.. Flip, slide forward, etc. I ended up dropping the big $$$ on the OEM afterwards, and it was well worth the switch. Only issue was I was already out $50!

I bought this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-Fit-Center-Console-Armrest-Storage-Box-09-12-/180739675525?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2a14ec9585
Fits great, and no problems so far after a month of usage.

Here's a few pics installed

Does anyone know where I can find a longer armrest for my 2012 fit sport, without much drilling? the one at the dealer I believe is for automatic only. My fit is manual.

From what I read, the armrest will fit a MT Fit.
I just ordered an aftermarket one for my MT Fit.

I just installed the aftermarket armrest/console.
There is no problem with my Fit being a MT.
I didn't even screw it into the cup holder. I's steady enough, and I wanted to be zble to remove it, if carrying long items.
