M/T rpm doesn't drop enough when shifting

Fit's don't have an Idle Air Control valve (IAC) with drive-by-wire and using the throttle plate to control idle. So, no, this mod doesn't apply here.

The only way would be to reprogram the Fit's ECU removing the logic that creates the throttle hang. This has been done for older generation Fits but not ours. And it will fail emissions tests in major metro areas and the state of CA (not to mention void your warranty).
