H-Fit Short Throw Shift Kit
So I installed my H-Fit Short Throw Shift kit today on my 2013 Base. I've seen plenty of reviews but no before and after pics or actual throw measurements. Distance measured is from the seam in the dash below the climate knobs and the center of the shifter rod. I straightened out the bend in the shifter, so it sits 1.5" closer to the driver than stock.
Neutral 11 3/4"
3rd Before 10"
3rd After 10 5/16"
4th Before 13 1/2"
4th After 13 3/16"
The fore/aft throw is reduced from 1 1/2" to 1 3/16" in each gear or 20 percent. Distance left/right is not affected.
