Plasti Dipped Sport rims?
Does anyone have pictures of the Fits sport model rims painted black? I have a taffeta white fit and im looking to plasti dip my sport rims black but would rather see what they look like first (:

I owned a GD fit and I've been strongly thinking of plasti dipping them this spring. My car is an alabaster silver and I would be dipping the sport stock rims. I was thinking of white, but would welcome any suggestions as to which color to choose. I was thinking of getting a kit, with multiple cans of white and perhaps a single can of finishing. If I do get the finishing spray, what kind of finish would you recommend? Which would look best with white? A matte, glossy or pearlize finish?

Wow, I really like to look at those rims! The reason that I was thinking of white is because I just love the look of those white koënig retracks. I will definitely consider bronze, but what finish do you think would work best with white?

Ooh I love the bronze! Thank you for sharing. I think that would look fantastic on a CBP Fit. Probably better than straight black. Hmmm.

Actually when done correctly (like anything) it lasts for years. My wheels have been done for a while.

Done correctly is powder coating, but to each their own goodluck with it.
And it deff doesnt last years....... please stop with false hoping everyone. Ive heard months the longest, and weeks the shortest.

Mine have held up for a year now but slight peeled because of mounting new tires. They take the abuse but powdercoating is the way to go. I did mine to my Ody for fun and cheapness.
