Thinking of purchasing a recovered theft 2011 Fit...

Well on one hand, Sorry it didn't turn out "better" as I can tell you legitimately want a Honda Fit.
But I think passing was the correct decision.
Hope you eventually get what you want. Patience if possible might open up better opportunities.

You were right
This week, my Dad and I are headed over to Allentown to pick up my 2007 VBP A/T Fit. Get this...it's a CLEAN TITLE! I know, shocking.
It's a little higher in miles than I would like, but it's mostly all highway miles. It's a 1-owner car(huge plus), it's in pristine condition, it's got all the maintenance records(either hand-written by him in the owners manual or printed up by the dealership), and it runs just as well as the 2012 I test drove. I'm very glad I waited to see what else would be listed, because I think I would have really regretted getting any car with something other than a clean title.
So thanks to everyone for providing feedback and talking me off the ledge, so to speak. Can't wait to show it off!!
