Performance Springs wo/ the lowering

Read through a bunch of good threads here on springs for the GE8. I am looking to do something a little different.

I'd like a slightly stiffer, non-punishing ride in my 2012 Sport without lowering the car significantly (> 1.0")?

Is that possible or does one never come without the other in what is currently out in the market. If you have specific suggestions, please provide them. Thanks!

From what I have seen, all of the spring options for our cars are going to drop you more than 1.0".

This is exactly why I am just going to save up, and go with fully adjustable coil overs. That way I can choose the height, and stiffness, for whatever situation.

Several springs are just around 1" drop:

I don't think you're going to find anything higher than that without going coilover like Schoat said. You could try to find spring spacers if you can find some that match the spring I.D?

I'm not into scraping the underside of my car either.. I have Buddy Club N+ coilovers adjusted to stock height on my 2007 model... The springs are stiffer than stock but my bony old ass can handle the ride with the damping adjustment set three clicks from the softest setting..

Got it. Thanks for all your replies. Familiar with that spring thread mentioned. Was a good one!
So, next question then; Which progressive-rate spring would you guys recommend that would lower me the least (i.e. closest to 1") and be good as a daily driver?

Wow, usually a thread like this would be about 25 people posting "get swifts."

I love everything about the Swift products except that on my GD-3 the front end scraped.. With the Buddy Club N+ kit you lose some travel but being able to adjust the damping, height and preload, you have the ability to still have a pretty decent ride for every day driving without the worry of damaging the front lip... You can always use lighter weight longer travel Swift springs in place of the N+ springs and fine tune the damper adjustment to dial in the kind of ride quality you prefer.

Why would you want progressive springs? Linear springs have less coils = less weight AND consistently react the same so the car will handle predictably.

My GF approved Swifts on her 2012 and loves them.

Not cheap, but its the only spring even close to what your asking for...
