If it's possible, you might wanna stick the cover on now indoors... Honda recommends installing those in temps at least 65F for several days.

I gotta install my interior goodies.

Just got a quote for Bless front half.

Item cost $449.84 (not too bad right?)
Shipping Ocean Freight $550 (more than the lip itself!) 6-8 weeks to arrive in CA
Or by TNT Air $880 (really?) 1-2 weeks

Pass.

I'm sure the shipping includes the customs fee, insurance and I think there's an export fee out of Japan.

where u get that quote from? i bet its autostyle. they are the only who label shipping as u do. just fyi, their "american" prices are much more than the prices they list for Japan. just check out their prices on rakuten.

tenso would give a price quote, however, they need exact dimensions and weight. good luck getting that info from the vendor or manufacturer.

p.s. bless front lip is unpainted

Yeah, it looks like autostyle...

It only took 24-36hrs to get my ID (drivers license) verified from rakuten... that policy just started a few months ago.

Yup, it's from that site. I've browsed ratuken before but still very unfamiliar with the process to purchase. I will have to look into it. The prices there are more appealing but I guess shipping is where it will make or break the deal.

let us know if we can help.

there are other sites to shop from too. rakuten has a big selection, however not all vendors would accept credit cards or paypal. the vendors there just use rakuten as a portal and they handle the transactions themselves. so lots of different payment policies.

amazon.jp is a little different. same vendors, but amazon handles all the payment transactions. i was able to use my credit card with a vendor who would not accept foreign credit cards on rakuten.

both ship to tenso. my only qualm was being unable to use the tenso coupon with amazon. oh well, i suppose on big shipping purchases the discount is negligible. even though tenso says its 50% off there is a limit like only upto 5000-6000 yen and u pay the rest.

I'm not too sure, it doesn't seem too sturdy without drilling into the bumper. I think the holes would be covered up with the OEM grille though, but I didn't check before I put the Mugen on.

You should be able to, the templates provided make it pretty straightforward. Only thing is getting to the clips on the bottom of the grille. My only complaint about the Mugen grill is the fact that the front silver piece is only attached with tape. It'd be nice if they molded in clips / screws to keep it a bit more secure. Either way, be sure to post up pics when it's all done!

sorry they won't fit. the bottom area of our bumper is flatter compared the the JDM GE8. no way to attach em. and the clips don't match either. i think those are 6 clips? but who knows if they will fit or not.

if u want to try, maybe do what i did, buy a used oem grill for the JDM GE8 from yahoo auctions japan. used can be as cheap as $30 + shipping rite now. better than dealing out $300+ for a wall ornament.
