I found this little safety looking clip/bolt under the front passenger seat and I was wondering does anybody know where does this thing go? I've been looking everywhere and I am so obsess trying to find out where could this be. Any help please?

It's the antenna cap when the mast is not screwed in. The vehicle comes delivered with the mast removed, and this is in its place covering the mount.
