27000. (a) A motor vehicle, when operated upon a highway, shall be equipped with a horn in good working order and capable of emitting sound audible under normal conditions from a distance of not less than 200 feet, but no horn shall emit an unreasonably loud or harsh sound. An authorized emergency vehicle may be equipped with, and use in conjunction with the siren on that vehicle, an air horn that emits sounds that do not comply with the requirements of this section.

Every cop I personally know has said will definitely cite you for a train horn, most of them think they're absolutely obnoxious and unsafe, and will find other things to cite you for in addition just for being so annoying. Disturbing the Peace, disorderly conduct, taillight out, etc etc
Yea, nothing is going to fit under the hood lol. My buddy has a new cummins and his horns tank and compressor are all under the truck..... but I think I could hide my civic under there too.

Yea I know cali laws suck..... PA is pretty good when it comes to most things, they just look for "certain types" of cars. When my prelude was tinted Id get pulled over all the time as "a suspicious vehicle".... they'd see I was clean and let me go Still a bunch of BS though. Now I have my caddy blacked out and have never got pulled over.... The car you drive says alot about the person inside to them.......

Hell Cali gun laws are piss poor too..... I feel bad for you guys!

Yea, Im not a big fan of it but it came already threaded. I have several .22s threaded now to shoot with it, I had it on the markIII yesterday. I just finally shot the SBR yesterday too for the first time, and got it broke in. Now I need to but optics for it, I just got the stamp for it 2 weeks ago and was very happy to finally get to put it together after an 8 month wait!

I use the hornblasters air horn. Hornblasters Air Horn Products Catalog! Find The Perfect Train Air Horn For Your Car Or Truck!
It's not for normal use. I only use it to scare my friends really :x Anyways, it's not practical to get one of these unless you have an air tank already(which I did.) I only installed 2 horns in the rear bumper and it will shake your body. Stock horns are still operational for normal situations.
