Well i finally got them installed. They are aligned for the most part - just need to keep an eye on everything as my wife drives it more. While the bumper was off, I went ahead and replaced both horns with 09+ accord horns. Nice cheap upgrade and makes a world of difference for a simple plug'n'play deal.

And 5000K on the bulb color. Looks pure white in person with no blue hue - just how I wanted it. (camera couldnt adjust to the light so it looks blue in the photo)

Looks awesome! Does the chrome in front of the projector scatter a bunch of light off to the side?

Nothing noticeable. If anything, its extremely minimal.

Since you did not epoxy them in - is there enough material on the back that you could either epoxy or polyester glass from the back to hold more rigidly the new projectors?

Scott -

I'm not sure if I'm understanding your question. The morimoto projectors do not need any epoxy to hold them in. They have threaded rears and adapters to secure them in place. The actual projector won't be moving, I was just concerned with the shroud on the front of the projector. I took it for a drive tonight and hit some bumpy roads. The shroud didn't move, so I think I'm good.

I got to snap a few pics of the Fit outside today in some natural light. The garage pics didn't do the headlights any justice.

And here is the cutoff line after making some adjustments to the alignment. Very impressed while taking it out for its first drive tonight. The high beams absolutely blow me away on the road. The color is amazing as well.

Lows:

Highs (doesn't do justice since this was only about 10-15 feet away):

I actually haven't driven my FIT at night yet - only had it 1 week... I suspect I will want to do something like this mod as I am a believer in HID (other cars have had them) with proper projection....

I had been so used to HID headlights, that I couldn't stand the stock lights on the fit (first world problems, i know). So i tossed in a plug-n-play setup and it got me by for a while, but the light scatter was horrendous. This is definitely a mod that I will always do to my vehicles in the future. I need to do this to my wagon next. I'll be using BMW E46 shrouds though due to headlight space, and those will still need some cutting
