Question Pre-owned 2011 Fit Sport, Q&A!

Ok so I just purchased a pre-owned Fit Sport, manual and was wondering.

For a Sport, what kind of pedals do the stock come with?
I also realize the Fit logo doesn't have a blue dot like the earlier models.
Is this correct? I also did some research on the bulbs. What is a good site to purchase?
I've been a past Nokyo user and Luminics.
Anyone have some to show what it looks like on theirs?

Anyone got a stock 2011 Fit sport to show?
Also, is it standard to come without an armrest?
- Even my teg that was standard had an armrest...
What suppose to be stock on a 2011 Sport, manual tranny?

This is going to sound repetitive to Mike, but whatevaaa.
Rubber
That's correct
Stick with the OEM halogens unless you go with Philips (IIRC, they have the best halogens available; but I'm not 100% certain).
Armrest is an added accessory. It only comes with the one on the driver side seat.

May you do more explanation as far as why you brought up "Philips" or "Stick with OEM"?

I know there can be a lot of issues with 3rd part bulbs, however. I like the explanation and which PIAA? Ours is H4/9003, correct?

Also for the Fogs, I am considering the PIAA plasma yellow but are there any other considerations?
Pics?

Clutch, brake and gas. From left to right. Don't mix em up.

Most manual cars have the armrest eliminated; I always find this annoying to not have. You can install one if you want one though.

See above

From the research I've put in, many aftermarket bulbs either demand too much power and possibly fry the wiring harness, or don't produce as much light as the OEM bulbs. There are a couple exceptions to this, which is why I brought up Philips. I found most of this information off of the Honda-Tech lighting section, specifically from why HID bulbs in Halogen housings aren't such a great idea unless you're doing it solely for attention. I believe I remember seeing that most PIAA bulbs were just overpriced.

Correct, the headlight bulb size is H4.
For the fog lights I'd say Nokya's would be fine, personally I'd get whatever is in a safe wattage range and isn't too hard on price.

I see... but I know and have used the harness to basically prevent any melt or blow out. I will look around some more but in the meantime, use stocks.

I would like to upgrade the Fog lights to yellow ones for cosmetic purposes... Also, yellow is quiet noticeable in rain/fog.

It'll pay off to do a bit more research in halogens to get the best for your money. The only experience I have with aftermarket bulbs are HID's and Luminics. The Luminics were horrible in every sense. They used too much power, output wasn't good, and the glass on one of the bulbs ended up shattering by itself.

I'm planning on doing yellow bulbs for my foglights as well, and I was planning on just sticking with Nokya. They seem to be the easiest on the wallet and last awhile.
