I smell oil burned
At stop sign, once I did smell oil, there is no car in front, I had 2012 base auto with 4k miles.I changed to Mobil 1 0-20w at 1500 miles. Do your guy have noticed the oil smell on your car ?
Also my engine or transmission I do not know which one generated: a constant louder" turning noise" when I shifted into R or any D either standing or moving, noise louder if I drove a while ( engine fully hot ). Somebody have ideas ? Thanks in advance any feed back.

You changed the motor oil too early but did you clean around the frame and filter any oil that might of went on? Its the main reason of Honda car fires. Check the oil filter to make sure its not leaking.
As far as the Trans, try going to neutral first for a second. When at a light I would shift into neutral too so the trans can cool down.

most likely,
some drips of oil or grease got on the engine or something that gets hot and that is what you are smelling.
Who changed the oil?
If the level of the oil isn't leaking (oil level is OK), I would just wipe down the engine or whatever you can see.

You definitely changed the oil too early. There are additional additives in the factory supplied oil to help with the break-in period.
The burning smell may not have been oil at all. The car is still new. If you had just been driving aggressively or going up lots of hills then it would likely be components heating up more than they ever had yet. My car had a serious burning smell when I drove it up into an hilly, windy area for the first time. I could smell it from a few car lengths away.
I wouldn't worry about it in the least.

But still, I'd check oil levels (engine and transmission) and inspect for leaks.
I would not shift an automatic transmission to neutral every time I came to a stop. That's silly.

Transmissions heat up at idle especially in traffic. Shifting to neutral takes the load off the trans which cools the trans. I agree every time is to much but that depends on outside temps too. Cant find the owner manual online to the Fit but this is what Honda has to say. http://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/p...797O00112A.pdf
