Question About Scangauge II
In the search function I can't find what I want. I am going to order a Scangauge II for my 2012 FIT Sport. I would like to know what "gauges", "functions" the Scangauge II will actually show.
I had an UltraGauge odered and canceled the order. (My choice). If there are any owners of this gauge, (Scangauge II), please let me know.....

Take a look at this link:
ScanGaugeII : Linear Logic - Home of the ScanGauge
Scroll down, and hit the "Digital Gauges" button

I glued the ScanGauge to the small Pro Clip mount using a small amount of silicone sealer caulk/adhesive, because this location picks up enough heat in the summertime to soften up the adhesive on even heavy-duty Velcro, which allows the ScaqnGauge to sag away from the hard plastic clip mount. Silicone caulk/ahesive holds the ScanGauge tightly, but can be cut away with a razor knife if you ever want to put the ScanGauge somewhere else. The plastic Pro Clip can be popped out of the center vent easily. I will post a photo later in the day.
If you follow macbuddy's advice and visit the ScanGauge web site, you will get all of your answers, and if you BUY the ScanGauge, you will love it.
This is where I mounted my Scan Gauge II using the Pro Clips USA Center Vent mount--
This shows how the mount standss away from the vent vanes to allow you to move the vanes up, down, left, right. It stands away far enough so that it does not prevent the flow of air at all.

That website is a porn site...go to www.proclipusa for the mount. But $30 seems pretty steep to me, I think I'll see if I can heat and bend some plastic and just make my own.
edit: had me a typo.

oh, I stand corrected it... it does go to, actually, not porn specifically, but a "buy this domain" site.
I think I did add the .com and assumed it was the other post's link.
I think I was being too technical about the post... because a link was created when it started with www. and without the ending (in this case, a .com), it became a dead link.
Just to state the issue here... proclipSusa.com does not exist, but proclipusa.com does.

I have mine temporarily sitting in the little cubby above the cup holders. It looks and fits there so good that temporary has been almost two years. I really planned on mounting it directly above that to the right of the power outlet. Wasn't too keen on drilling a hole in the plastic though for the cable so have waited.
If you have a Nav model that space is occupied by your aux input plug though. Also many people prefer the SG mounted up higher for easier monitoring. I found doing that had me constantly looking at it and fiddling with the SG and taking my eyes off the road. Mounted down low for an infrequent glance is enough for me and keeps it out thieves's clear view when the car is parked.
