It didn't occur to me that the Orangeburst Metallic color was exclusive to the Sport model until I read the 2012 Fit Brochure which I just had mailed to me.

Out of all the colors why make just one color exclusive to the Sport? Heck they made the Blue Raspberry an option on the base model.

I also happened to come across a blog post on the 2013 BMW M5 that has a new color option called Sahkir Orange which is pretty darn close to Honda's OBM. I see the BMW crowd doesn't much approve of it on an M5.

 

In previous years, the Orange Color Fit and the Blackberry Pearl were exclusive to the Sport and Sport/Navi models. Then Honda dropped the Blackberry color. Logically they should have included another "exclusive" color or made them all non-exclusive.
