That's why on long hauls, cruise is your friend. I don't remember life before cruise control, it's been that long. Nor would I EVER buy a car without it, the Fit being no exception. That, and the dead pedal helps too. Don't forget the steering wheel telescopes and tilts too, if you need to adjust the seat. It may never be right for you, but I hope it will with a little break in time.

 

2 ohm resistor across the airbag plug. There is also a position sensor you just remove from the stock seat and leave plugged in. No airbag light at all and the rest of the system is fully functional.

I've never had a japanese car with good seats. Some are better than others but the fit seats are pretty bad.

 

There is plenty of smypathy here, and plenty of people in agreement about problems with the seats looking for help. There is valid input and good information in the thread.

If you don't like the topic, simply don't click on the thread. I could spend all day posting in threads here that I think are stupid and don't agree with, but that would be a pointless waste of everyone's time.
