Coilover Recommendation???

Hi guys! I'm a proud owner of 2012 Vortex Blue Fit and I've been looking around on dropping the car to give it a little aggressive look. I'm really having a hard time deciding what to get. So I need your help guys! I want inputs all the coilover owners that had em on their GE8, and how they ride? I'm currently eyeing the Tein Street basis, but I don't see any full details review of it.. My current budget for coilover is 800-$1000.. So any inputs will greatly appreciated...

I'm currently thinking of getting either the tein street advance or bilstiens.

pay way more attention to what tires and wheels you want to have.

Good Point! That's should be an easy decision for me, cause I know what to get on that department i.e * size and offset* Wheels can be swap easily if I don't like it. Suspension wise, not so much. So I have to pick the right one for my liking..

I have Tein Basis. The ride quality isn't too bad, it feels like T1R lowering springs but with better dampening. Don't expect an aggressive drop like Buddyclub with the wheels tucking though.
Here's a quick writeup of Tein Street Basis (not mine).

Nice!!! Do you like your set up? Any pics of your car? I'm browsing on coilover as we speak, and I saw they have the Tein with adj dampers for additional couple more hundred bucks.. Idk, if its a good buy or worth the extra dough?

Slightly off-topic, but on the Fit is there a suspension performance benefit to the coilovers mentioned in this thread, beyond just replacing the stock springs with Swift springs? Or is the primary goal of the coilovers reduced ride height (making it look cool and lowered) while maintaining as much performance as possible, although possibly performing more poorly?

I like it, but wish it can go lower.

The adjustable damper is good if you go tracking, otherwise get the regular version. The drop spec is identical too. TEIN USA | HONDA FIT

Yup, it's fully lowered. Here's with winter wheels on (175/65/15).
