Catback Exhaust

Can anyone give me any honest opinions on the catback systems or post a link to the thread if this was already discussed?

Only company that makes a bolt on midpipe for the GE8 is T1R.
They're also the only ones that make a downpipe to eliminate the secondary cat.

*edit: assuming that you don't want to go through any hassles getting your hands on it. I believe HKS does make a midpipe, but sourcing it won't be easy.

Ah lol I'm slow. Well if I had o have cat back, I'd go hks with t1r pipe. But I don't think it's needed with the fit.

Wrong!!! J's Racing has had full exhausts for the GE prior to T1R having anything. J's no longer carries the Ti downpipe, now offer a stainless dual catalyzer delete.

Does anyone know what size plumbing these companies use for the catbacks? I plan on welding up my own in about a week or so. 2 1/4 in SS Mandrel bent plumbing and borla universal muffler (to Jews it quite)
