vsa

There's no easy way. Checking the service manual, the VSA fuses also has the antilock brakes. You can't fool the tpms by sticking the sensors in an inner tube (sensors only activate when wheel is turning. I'm sure theres a way to unplug the right box somewhere, but its tied in fairly tightly with the antilock brakes.
Do you even have vsa though? it was only standard on the navi fits in 09.

Your car? if so, Sig needs updating
I think your best bet is going to be to move the TPMS sensors over to the new wheels. are you planning on running different wheels for winter/summer?
