a warning/idiot light for low washer fluid.

Just read it in the manual while I was waiting in line at car wash. Amazing all the good shit in that book.

Also, what's the capacity of the reservoir? Like you guys are the only ones living in the land of ice-and-snow, 'cept maybe this year, eh? ;-)

I think all fit's should have came with the low washer fluid light, I check mine, but it would have been nice. I wonder what i can do to get it in mine. I think i got the spot for it on my dash

I have no idea what the capacity is unless I go out in the cold and read the manual. I think it is the same. Holds a lot.

We get this instead of paddle shifters - whoopee .

Oh we may get some snow this weekend. It is weird. Middle of Jan and lawns are bare.

I get pissed that Honda decided against putting heated mirrors and the low washer fluid light in our Fits (not to mention the increased washer tank capacity! The Canadians can at least dump a whole gallon in theirs!). Although many here in the States would use it less often than those in Canada, those that live in the snow belt would love to have this stuff!

But we do get a spare tire, our northern friends only get a fix-a-flat in a can. Honda marketing...?

don't forget Cnd/US dollars are nearly par- we pay nearly twice the tax. 12%
price tags:

Canadian "sport" model(auto): $19,980 MSRP
(automatic since we're comparing the paddle shifter'ed version of the US fit sport)
__________

American "sport" model(auto): $17,760-$18,530 MSRP

also we don't get a nav-sport model. and for 2009-2010 models, we never got mugen trim options available to us (i had to drive to the closest US dealership at the time i bought my fit to get my mugen front spoiler) :b

Forgot about that spare tire difference - yes, that's a nice plus.

Canada can keep the windshield washer lights.

Heated mirrors and larger washer fluid tank? Where can I order those please? I am in canada every other month so if you know any junk yards in the toronto and north through holland landing area that have a rear ended one, let me know.

Yes, I have been fighting with it since I brought snows over from my civic and having an '11 model I can't turn off the VSA or traction control now because of it....

I'm glad the windshield washers work.. I drove to Houston and back Sunday and needed them to clean off the bugs that used my car as a means of committing suicide... I kind of think they should have put the same thing on the front bumper too.

Honda's implementation of TPMS is a pain, yes. It can be easier. I purchased a device that stores the sensor codes for multiple cars / sets of tires. I just plug it into the car, press the snow flake or sunshine button and it's done.

I really shouldn't have had to buy it, though.
