I should have ran it down to zero, as I was driving into the service bay. Then I would have been your hero.

Picked mine up last night - had to wait a few weeks to ship from Japan, but it was worth it! Love it. Amazing how little room it takes up in the garage next to the Odyssey.

New fit owner as of April 6th, and I'm loving it.

I do however have a question. I'm looking into buying new wheels for my fit and not sure what the bolt pattern of a 2012 is.

4x100 bolt pattern. I wouldn't go higher than 17 inch rims

Thanks for the info. I was looking at some 16" rotas.

Also has anyone autox their Fit? I'm contemplating doing so and was wondering if anyone was successful?

Got my 2012 Fit sport manual transmission in blue raspberry metallic back in late February. I have 20% tint all around with a 5% brow. I also have DDM Tuning 55w 8000K Hid's. I would like to put some Work Meister CR01's in polished and gun metal finish on next with some Tein coilovers and a full exhaust. I would like to post some pics but it says I am not allowed to post attachments at this time. I am a new member and have not posted much so I believe that is why. You can check some of my pics out at my photobucket account. It is Bowtech83

Picking up my White Fit Sport on Saturday. Is $227 to much to pay for the rear bumper applique and cargo tray?

Ebay has a dealer selling for opening bid of .99 for a used cargo tray.
Bumper aftermarket selling for less than $50, you figure out the time of install costs to either.

Picked up my MT Base Polished Metal this afternoon...$15813 ; OTD $17,336 in Calif.

It took my neighbor who lives across the street, less than an hour, to notice my new car and come over to investigate. :>)

I have 75 miles on her and my gauge indicates that I'm averaging 34.2 mpg wow!

I'm surprised at how quiet the car is until I turn the a/c and fan on. :>(

Yes. Yes it is. Bernardiparts.com has the applique for for $39 and the tray for $77. Shipping is about $16ish (with FitFreak 25% discount). There is an install video on youtube from college hills honda. Looks very easy. Podcast Episode #12 - Honda Fit Bumper Applique Installation - YouTube

Look on craigslist for the cargo mat also.

Picked it up today, I like it! I wish i was a bit more enthusiastic about it but i'm coming off of a bad migraine from yesterday which kills my energy level. I got the dealer to give the rear tray and bumper applique at the same price I found online as long I install them. Monday will be tint, really not sure if I want 35% or 20%. Just doing from the rear doors back. After that is a bike rack on top and possible an Accord horn once I figure out the part for that. The Fit horn is weak!

@GDhi11: Don't let the dealer wash it if you're crazy about swirls!!

@Wage
I agree Wage, the Fit's horn is VERY weak. My friend gave me a can of compressed air horn as a joke since it's that weak.
Here's a short pictorial tutorial: https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...sh-grille.html
One day, I will do this and replace my meep meep. If you have time, maybe you should read this: https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...cord-horn.html

dealer mark-up is pretty insane here in hawaii since they were asking around 23k otd. I'm pretty satisfied by paying no mark up n making a deal for a little over 20k otd.

Cant wait!

Hey, so I guess you picked your Fit up this week? Just got my AT Silver Sport for 20k OTD too, including Rear Bumper Applique and Tint! Got mine at Tony Honda. Where did you get yours?

Just got my my new blue sport 5sp today. The odometer had 20 miles on it, and since I test drove it twice I guess most of those are mine! It came down to the Mazda 2 and Fit; my heart said zoom-zoom, (I really liked how it drove), but my head said fit. I think I made the right choice.
