I put a deposit on a Vortex Blue 5MT Fit Sport. Should be delivered to my local Honda dealership in about 5 more weeks. Can't wait!

 

very nice! Congrats, the Vortex blue is a great color for the fit! The color really stands out with the metallics in the paint!
The 2012 is a lot quieter in the cabin and the seats are comfier then the 09-11.

Damn. I feel ripped off, but atleast I'm very happy. 2012 TW Fit Sport. I paid 18,600 (before tax, title, whatever) and then $20,200 out the door. Abit happy since the dealer's listing price was $21,018.

So happy, it's the 3rd honda I've owned. First was a Domani and the second is my lawn mower.

It came with:
- Wheel locks
- Rubber cargo tray
- Carpet floor mats
- Rear bumper applique
- Door edge guard
- Decor (I have no idea what this is)
- Cry fusion (I have no idea what this is)
- Full tank of gas



To do list:
- Privacy lid for the cargo compartment
- Window visors
- Spoon style spoiler
- Shorter antenna
- Lower it around 2 inches
- Different tail lights? I want something all red or maybe tint the upper part abit.

 

I think most people do not understand what OTD means, out the door, which means after taxes and all fees.
most 2012 Fit sports 5AT are going for 18600 plus tax and fees in your state/ province and dealer frees, plus accessories.

Canadian LX here. Half way between a base and a sport. Over the base, you get cruse, keyless, spoiler, heated mirrors and an arm rest. So far I've replaced the stereo and wheels. I used the factory rims for snow tires. Oh, I got a 35% tint done as well.

Made in China btw and every bit of quality as my 2009 Fit.

 

I thought all fits were made in Japan

The China plant has been making them for 7 years now for the European market and this is the first year they're importing them to Canada due to the weak Yen and low margin. Honda is building a plant in Mexico that is scheduled to start assembling the Fit for the United States and other countries in early 2014. Honda is likely to use that plant to supply Canada as well, most likely making the importing from China a temporary measure.

 

I suggest everyone buy there Fits before that happens unless you want an Izuzu quality Fit.

 

To me, judging from the photo, the front bumper does look like it's sagging. Hopefully it's only cosmetic.

well, tried three times. No success. Using photobucket and usually is pretty easy. Anyway, it's black with tinted windows from the dealer. Otherwise is stock.
