It seems the $ to HP ratio of a NA Fit wouldn't be worth it. I could piece together a turbo kit for less than $2k, and surpass any NA numbers. But I understand some people don't wanna deal with boost, and get the most out of NA they can.

My thoughts exactly.

Just ordered some parts for my turbo build.

Not just peak numbers either, you should think about the area gained under the curve. It should be a no-brainer considering you have pretty much the same hassles when you boost the motor. Either way it's gonna need a tune.

And if you think an extra set of oil lines and a turbo is too much hassle, you have no business trying to put in an aftermarket cam and tuning device in the first place.

The torque curve would explode, and you wouldn't have to rev the piss out of it to get anywhere. Looks like it's time to break out the credit card and find some parts.

I want to see a dyno of the stage 1 cam vs. the stock.

the stage 2 would just increase power higher up in the rev range.

Thoughts of transferring valvetrain have existed, but no actions yet
