Introducing Farrah!
What's up? Just wanted to drop a line and say hey, and introduce myself, and my Fit. Named her Farrah after Farrah Fawcett. Pretty much stock. Planning on eventually lowering her some, and getting some wheels. Here are some pictures from my phone.
Well, that's about it for now. I hope to learn a bunch of stuff here.

Someone got themselves a copy of photoshop.... :P
Welcome to the forum. Lots of good info. Of note, if you do much travel with the fit (other than puttering around), you'll want to consider ditching the fairing for improved fuel economy. Especially at highway speeds.
Enjoy the car.... We do

Yeah, a little old. . . Going on 30. I bet a lot of people missed her dying, because she died right before Michael Jackson. He got almost all of the press.
I totally dig the camera apps on my phone. I use Retro Camera, Vignette, and Piklr-o-matic. Although, these have pretty much made me stop using my DSLR.

Farrah's looking good - both car and classic poster!!
A week ago I bought a 2009 Fit Sport that came with what looks like the same Thule rack set up. Just a word of caution: be careful when cranking down the mounting hardware. I found neat dimples on the roof just over the doors from where the previous owner either overloaded the rack or over-tightened the mounts. Unfortunately I didn't notice this until I removed the racks at home. I don't think the dealer noticed it either since they took delivery from the seller and the racks seem not to have been removed in a while.
I plan to check back with them to see if they might cover this under the Honda CPO plan that came with it, but I have my doubts. I still love the car - never knew using a clay bar could be so much fun! And besides, the dimples help to locate where to put the racks, almost like they were designed for that purpose! (not really, but might as well make the best of the situation!)
Good luck with your new car!

Now I remember, yeah like a day or so before, I remember telling my gf. There were like 2-3 famous other people that died right around the same week as MJ, and were lost in the press.

Thanks for the warm welcomes, guys. I hope to eventually get a few things for her. Thinking either springs/coilovers and wheels, and maybe Intake and exhaust. For now, though, She is mainly used to take me and my kayak to some flats. I do worry when I load up the boat, that the saltwater dripping on the car will do some damage. I guess you can say I am a little OCD about that kind of thing. Oh, and I really need some of those all weather floor mats, I probably wont be able to get the sand out of this thing.

Welcome to FF
Instagram or Hipstamatic apps for me. :-) Fun apps. Oh yeah I was about to say you're dating yourself by naming her after Farrah, but then....you're only 30?!? Your weren't born when she was in Charlie's Angels. Not that there isn't wrong with that. :-) .

blassty- You're right. I haven't actually seen any of the original Charlies Angels. I guess I just picked up on her from growing up in the 80's.
R..F..G - Why, as a matter of fact, I am stationed at Eglin. What does your Fit look like? Judging by your avatar, I think i might have parked next to you at the Santa Rosa Mall. I saw a silver GE8 that was full of Hello Kitty stuff.
hayden - I absolutely love the rack. It is pretty convenient. I can only imagine how much easier it will be to put stuff up top after I lower Farrah some. I use my kayak almost exclusively for fly fishing. In the salt mostly, but I am thinking about trying out some ponds and "lakes" around here.
