I'm loving the shade of blue on the Fit in the pics. If that was available on our Fits I would have bought that in a heartbeat over the silver one I got.

Any of the electronic control setups would require reworking or replacement of various other parts of the HVAC system to operate.

The actual control switches might be plug-and-play replacements for the automatic climate controls on non-EV Fits/Jazzes in the parts of the world where they're available, even though there are some significant differences in the rest of the system. (A non-EV fit wouldn't have an electric heater, for example.) They could also be unique to the EV model for all I know.

I wonder if its possible to get a comparison of the parts diagrams for the mechanical vs auto system(including the whole system, not just the controls).
I have no idea where people find those diagrams.
I suspect there might be a bit more to it than swapping out a few parts.

Here ya go... have fun

1 GARNISH COMP. *NH167L* ($174.61)
2 SWITCH ASSY., AUTO AIR CONDITIONER ($1,606.88)

and...., that's just for the switch assembly & garnish... who know's what else might need to be swapped out IF it would even work.

here's the page Honda Car Parts / Choose by Model / Genuine Honda Parts | Lings Honda

Iirc, I entered a EU LHD EX-L model, you can search by pretty much any market in the EU on that site... but the prices are bloated.

Just like the OEM panoramic roof, unless you can get really cheap used parts... it's just not worth it.

To expand on FitStir's post, I'm pretty sure you'd also need (at a minimum) the following, as well as a bunch of wiring, screws, and other small parts, and the know-how to hook it all together and get it working:

From Honda Car Parts / Choose by Model / Genuine Honda Parts | Honda Cars | Honda Motorcycles | Honda Power Products | Lings Honda
#5 Motor Assembly, Fresh & Recircular (call for price)

From Honda Car Parts / Choose by Model / Genuine Honda Parts | Honda Cars | Honda Motorcycles | Honda Power Products | Lings Honda
#12 Motor Assembly, Mode (call for price)
#13 Motor Assembly, Air Mix (call for price)
Maybe #15, Transistor, Power ($124.86) -- I'm guessing this is for the blower motor speed control

From Honda Car Parts / Choose by Model / Genuine Honda Parts | Honda Cars | Honda Motorcycles | Honda Power Products | Lings Honda
Probably #2 Sensor, Sun beam ($106.26)
Probably #3 Sensor Assembly, Ambient ($77.66)
Probably #10 Sensor Assembly, Humidity ($220.42)
