CV joint going at 15k miles?

Well if they had Lyon on the job figure about 5 hours (10)? Maybe about a 12 hour job. But they have to get the block first. They don't have to give you a loaner; you're ahead of the game.

Any idea why it failed?

They are saying it was at <30% of the oil it should of had. Other than that I don't know anything. When I checked it it was showing a normal level of oil. Just glad it's getting taken care of. As for the loaner I think it's included with my extended warranty.

Ended up with a red HHR. Some how chevy managed to make a car that is bigger but has less interior room than ours. They also managed to put a bigger engine with more slightly more power and get way worse economy and performance. I just want my fit baccck!! That and I miss my boom in the trunk.
