You got a heat gun? This will soften the fender and paint to minimize the cracking.

I've done three cars and you want to take your time.

This should help you out: http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2917122

What suspension do u have ? When I had my tein springs I had rota slips that was 16x7+40 with 195-45-16 and I was good! Then when I sold the rotas and springs I got my coils and put the 195-45-16 on the stockies and didn't rub! Then I had the autostradas pirelli which were 16x6.5+38 with 195-40-16 and I didn't rub. now I rub on dips cause my wheels now are 16x7+24 f and 16x8+24 r ! I did roll the fenders in the rear but not enough! But can't wait to see ur ride with the wheels!

i have just T1R S-coil springs. stock struts. the car is low as low can get. i'm maybe 4inch off the ground in the front....with my stock rims, and 195/55R16's. tires i'm getting are falken 512's 195/50R16's. this will bring me back to "stock" specs, however this will also drop me a half inch all round. i can't wait. lol. its just to bad that i'm driving 200kms a day for work on this suspension. i think, and hope you will be pleased with my choice. lol..... i'm going mad waiting.
