wheels and suspension finally added

After a ton of waiting on wheels and suspension sitting on my desk for about a month I was finally able to get everything set up. Wheels have been a nightmare for my car after a flaked forum member and 4x100 becoming more and more elusive. I hit up Jason at Rotiform for a set of BLQs that were slated for 4 lug release and after a lot of patience and sweet talking he came thru with some filled and redrilled units after those plans fell thru.

Suspension is from Tanabe in the recently released Pro S-OC with helper springs. Great product, stoked to add the rest of their braces in the near future.Name: 2011-04-15120921.jpg

Rolled and pulled and camber bolts came in today to address the front a little more then I will drop it down some more as well, maybe some 3mms in the back. 18x8.5 +45mm all around 215/40 yokos

I'm just amazed by the closeup picture of "SIDE FACING INWARDS" that's clearly facing outwards!

LOL... Caught that too.

Not liking the stretched look either. Combination of stretched and improperly mounted tires and there could possibly be a tire failure in the OP's future.

I dont like the huge wheels, 17's and 16's seem to look better on the Fit.

The color scheme and drop look good

sucks about the backward mounted tires. are you sure those wheels are a +45 offset? my type c's are +44 and i have 5mm spacers on the rear which makes it +39 and i am no where near how flush your wheels are.

vs
SSR type C 16x6.5, +44 Conti DWS

you're right blackbeard i forgot to account for width. i was thinking 18x7 instead of 18x8.5.

Agree. Looks like a monster truck with 18s IMO.

Pretty sure my tire guy hates me, lol. I caught the backwards mount before we put them on and decided the run them while working on the roll/pull so it only mangles up the "inside" of the tire while clearance is checked. SPC camber bolts today and maybe a little more low and pull

It's a different wheel look which is nice but they look hella heavy. What's the weight on those?

Extra heavy, I can honestly tell you I was scared to even weigh them when they came in. I have another lighter set on order so this was more aesthetic for the interim that will clear the brake kit I have on order. Until then, no canyon runs

I like the look of the wheel but I'd prefer something smaller. I'm a function over looks but digging the color though.

How are the Tanabe's? I've always liked the Tanabe products. I would imagine the helper springs give a hair more comfort. Review?

Welcome to the forum Anthony, I don't see hate here, just pointing out some potential flaws & also expression of personal opinion. Cardomain is for the people who are only willing to express fake positive compliments. You'll find FF a bit different.

They offer 17x8 in 20mm or 30mm as well and typically in stock and ready to go so you wouldnt have to go thru all the hassle I did. And they offer tons of cool coat options, check em out
?|? Rotiform Wheels ?|?

the rootbeer option sold me more than anything else for sure
