Can you drive stick?

If you're gonna drift, you're gonna need to drive stick unless if you plan on doing some ken block shit (which would be pretty whicked)!

I'm all up for disabled people drifting. One of my friend is deaf and he's a decent drifter.

let the kid dream... when i was a freshman in high school and started learning about the CRX i planned on center mounting the steering wheel, giving it gullwing doors, give it a widebody r33 body kit, and convert it to MR with AWD when i finally got around to buying it... i even made sketches of the final product during my drawing class

i even remember picking parts from the super street ads based on how cool they sounded facepalm.jpg

Not ambitious enough. Go for a mid-engine conversion and then you've got my attention

Oh yeah, a turret-mounted GAU-17/A minigun would make it even more baller.

let him do his thing - photos are strongly encouraged for this build.

if your family has the skill/background to make it possible, go for it man. RWD fit with all kinds of weird stuff on top? i'm down, to see it.

however, i must wager that most of your proposed plans will fall through, sorry. it seems like it was just thrown together.

Dreams are made by FIT's. Crazy ideas, but what better place to come to.

Marcos lead me to a very interesting read: https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...tml#post992406

Stand the fray Marcos - +reps to you.

Why do you need a turbo timer if you have no turbo?

You're right, I was and you know I still love you.

Look where it's gotten you:
1/1/11 - R&D'd, Built, Tuned, Driven The First Turbocharged USDM GE8 Honda Fit
... and now you know how that vtec really works and the HG told you vtec also has it's limits, wish that VTC was in their, damn!

When I found the swap link you were the first one I thought of, well actually the only one ;-)
I've learned a lot too.

Pretty much the easiest way to 'convert' to RWD, ain't it? And while you're at it, why turbocharge a motor that was never designed to be turbocharged? Cut a hole in the rear floor, weld in a cradle, and plunk a 4G63T in. I'm guessing it's an auto, so you got that goin' for you.

Then DOOORREEEEFTOOOOOO to your heart's content...and do it all for less than $2k, wrecked Fit donor included. THAT would be impressive.
