I still see a few in Quebec. And it's slow for sure, but surprinsingly comfortable and roomy. Cheapest car to run, best fuel economy, decent comfort, what do you need more?
I have done 25-30k miles on mine (pizza delivery indeed) and I was satisfied.
Once my sister took the geo to drive to New York (400 miles) to save gas while she could use my father's camry 99, I must say I don't really understand her but whatever

[quote=broody;994519]I would buy a used 45mpg geo metro, but since Americans freak out about the gas price, they buy these geo for twice their value (if not more) even if they have the cash for a big car, and we are stuck with the good old gaz guzzlers that are now worth nothing.
now I understand why only real rich people can afford the luxury vehicle on the street in canada. (very few around)
but in NYC, I only see BMW or Lexcus more than Honda
same words, American just doing different things by different timing.
Do you know the best selling vehicle on the planet is: Ford F-150.. American don't even care how it drinks gas.

Collora just has a old name long enough. by yearly sale, even Civic beat it many times in US.
