New tires for a Base?

New tires for a Base?
I did a search but didn't find any answers, so here's my question.
Time to replace the crappy Dunlops on my Canadian LX. It has the 175.65.15 on it, and of course there is not much choice in tires. I'm looking for a good ride and keeping my good fuel economy. Handling kind of comes third.
My options, it seems are:
-195.60.15 -a little worried about the extra width lowering my MPG
-185.65.15 -about 1/2" higher and 1/2 wider then stock, my Manual Fit could use to lower the RPM's on the highway
-keep the stock size and pay more for poorer tires.
-or?
What is the best way to go?
As for tires, I'm looking at the Michelin Harmonys or any other ideas.
Thanks for the help.
