Rear seat-ectomy. Unbolting(4 bolts) and removing the rear seats will relieve your car of 67lbs of unsightly fat and turn it into the legendary mini-mini van. No cost, much joy.

The things that I have been most pleased with that I have done to my GD3 have been Enkei RPF1 wheels with stock size Conti Pro Contact touring tires and Swift Sport Mach springs... The wheels and tires knocked off about 39lbs of rotating mass and unsprung weight and the springs reduced more unsprung weight... It is a win win improvement the improves ride, handling, steering effort, acceleration, braking, fuel mileage and the service life of the suspension, drive train, brakes, tires and steering components.

Nice! I almost got the RPF1s for my miata but decided on another enkei wheel. I know they run about 9lbs each or something like that for 15s. Are the ge8 sport wheels that heavy?

The 15" wheels on the GD3 sport models weigh 17.4 pounds.. There have GEs for a reduction in weight and to further improve acceleration by lowering the final drive ratio... My car has a supercharger and other performance modifications and is much stronger the a stock Fit yet wheels and tires that weigh only 5Lbs more than the RPF1s with smaller diameter tires have a negative effect on its performance and ride quality.

The OE GE sport alloys weigh almost twice that. https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...ight-list.html

The 16x7 RPF1s weigh just under 14 lbs, so quite a bit heavier than the 15s, but a little lighter than the OE alloys.

What were the other Enkeis you got?
