Installing an exhaust?

A header will increse noise(though there tricky on the newer Honda's Vs the older one's).Intake with increase noise in the engine bay at higher rpm's,but you'll lose some throttle response and low end torque.Alot of people say if you install a few minor performance part's and unplug the battery for 10mins or so the ecu will SOMEWHAT recalerbrate itself.I'm not sure though.Good Luck.

Premium fuel and using one heat range colder plug will help on getting the bottom end power that is lost back by allowing the ECU to adjust for more ignition advance and bit more fuel to the A/F ratio.
