I still really like the silver storm metallic and blue sensation pearl the best.
allabaster silver is a ridgeline color
should be good on the fit
the new colors look good, surprised there's no green yet, but i guess they want to stay away from the poor selling colors

Compared to what? I've owned two grey Evos (one of which I still have) and my girlfriend owns a grey Corolla, and they aren't hard to keep clean. It actually hides dirt pretty well.

I'm going to have to say BSP is still a personal favorite. I have yet to see any around town where I'm at...hopefully that changes. Definitely have started seeing a lot of Fits around though. A lot of people have been labeling the fit as an "old person's" car but that's completely ignorant I have seen a bunch of teens and young adults, that's including me, haha.

around where i work i've seen at least 3-4 SSM Fits of the GD/GE variety, either parked on the street or turning corners or a stoplight ahead of me. tho gotta say my SSM is the first one i've seen modded in the area

hmm...not for nothing
The colors seem to me like minor changes just to freshen things up a little.
I have a base model, and am more disappointed (with myself more than anything) that I didn't keep my perfectly good other car another year so that now I'd have gotten a USB and VSA as standard features. These were the two things I wanted in my car more than anything else that it did not come with, and after reading the instructions just didn't see myself taking apart the dashboard to install the USB kit (for the price and the potential damage I'd cause). I figured VSA would come sooner or later but the USB makes me kinda mad at myself.
Oh well, my bad.

I'm also disappointed in the colors. It looks like Honda tried so hard not to "offend" anybody. I, for one, am so sick or all the "non colors" car makers offer. Let's see, we have black, white, and three shades of gray.
BORING! Now about lime green, yellow, sky blue? This is a small car, and can rock some bright colors.

oh man.. i just looked at the official pages by color myself for curiosity's sake. we're effed! official SSM page- 138+ pages! other colors: hovers around 20-50 pages. second place behind us is nighthawk black, with a balmy 72 pages~!
tho makes me wonder if it's bad on Honda for eliminating it's most 'popular' color?

I would say it's because these cars look awesome in SSM and black. Everytime I see one I ask myself why I chose white. I'm going to have to swap it out for one of these new graysilver colors now...can't take it anymore.
I didn't see it mentioned previously but what changes, if any, were applied to the interior?

After seeing the changes I'm relieved that I got a 10 instead of an 11. I also bought the base, and though I'd love to have the USB standard, I truly despise VSA.

Couldn't agree with you more. We need bright colors - bold and brave... yellow, lime green like mazda 2 did, keep the tidewater... I do like the Alabaster if it really is like a bright silver. Oh, and instead of this mustard orange that fit, they should have included Lotus Orage!
Yummy

Decided to take a drive today since it's nice out, and the other half was baking cookies (so I needed to get out of the house)
Drove about 40 mins away to a dealer that had Vortex Blue, Polished Metal, and Alabaster Silver 2011 Fits...
I was very curious to see the Vortex Blue in person, and to see it next to my Blue Sensation. My verdict is that the Vortex is just a hair darker than the Blue Sensation, and the Blue Sensation is a little bluer, if that makes sense...unless you see the 2 colors side-by-side, I don't think you can tell which one would be which.
Alabaster Silver looked nice, but I liked Storm Silver better. BUT, what surprised me the most was how awesome the Fit looks in Polished Metal - my prediction is that Polished Metal will be the "new" Storm Silver as far as popularity goes - it looks really, really sharp!
All of these Fits though were covered in salt and looked like they had just gotten off the truck that came thru one of the Mid-West blizzards, so I didn't have the best conditions to see the new colors.
And so far I can't track down a Celestial Blue one - my local dealer says online they have 2, but I can't find any on their lot. I like the color on the Accord, but really want to see it on the Fit!
Hopefully some new owners will start posting pics soon!
