Tpms

Is it the letters "TPMS" or the flat tire light illuminating? If the letters "TPMS" are lit, then you have an issue with the tire pressure monitoring system. If the flat tire light is lit, the one of your tires is under 28 PSI.
To get rid of the flat tire light, check your tire pressure in all of your tires, the correct pressure is listed in the driver side door jam, drive around a bit and the flat tire light should disappear.
And like I previously said for the TPMS light, there is some sort of fault with the system such as a damaged sensor for example.

That I don't know to be honest. If the sensor is damaged from hitting a hard pothole or during a tire swap then it may not be covered. On the other hand, if it were an actual system fault like if it were not properly initiated, senor failure (no visible damage), reset itself for example then it should be covered by warranty.
