I am 6'6", and I find the Fit seats to be very comfortable. My problem with them is that they are very difficult to keep clean. The fabric also doesn't seem like it will hold up very well. I have a dog in the car, on occasion, and hair and dust stick to the seats really bad. I seems like the only way to get it off is to rub it with the vacuum, but it looks like the fabric is starting to wear because of this.

I think maybe using that sticky tape may be better. Or keep the dog off the seats.

What kinda mileage you have on your Fit? I have around 15k on my '10 and semi regularly have a dog in my car, a short hair shed like crazy Jack Russell Terrier, along with cat hair that's usually on my clothes (from 6 cats) I have to vacuum pretty hard to get it out and don't notice any early wear.

But at the end of the day I still tell this same thing to everyone, this is a cheap economy car that does its job, in fact very well for what it is. Don't get too upset if you notice a little thing here and there that may upset you. It's still better than a heck of a lot of cars whether or not more expensive or not.

Agreed... that sums it up.

I'm 3+ months into ownership and love this ride even with
the quirks.

The seats are fine... it just may take some time for the occupant
to adjust to them.
