I'm planning on sticking velcro srtips on the underside of the mat. Just the hook part to grab onto the floor carpet to prevent sliding.

If I could get my paws on those round anchor parts mounted in the drivers side mat I would fasten it that way, but I'm having no luck with that.

I have the same exact problem here with my OEM All weather mats. I wonder if the carpet ones does it too.

I tried the Industrial Velcro on mine and the Velcro strips didn't stick to the bottom of the rubber/all-weather mats for more than a couple days. I even cleaned the spots on the underside of the mat where I stuck the Velcro with alcohol beforehand. In that time, they did keep the mat from slipping, though. May try some sort of silicone adhesive in a clamp overnight.

oooo carpeted mat wedgies.

me too.

Think I'll try a velcro solution, or just keep pulling it back to position.

I think the easiest solution would just to poke a small screw that goes through both the matt and the carpet, similar to driver side. I have the same problem and haven't gotten around to doing this because I"m lazy haha

I have a GD3 but I have the all weather mats and the carpeted mats but never have any problem with them moving because of the mat hooks, those babies don't go anywhere.

I have cheapie Sears mats and while they don't slide on the passenger side, I found that putting some of the tacky/rubbery kitchen shelf liner material under the mat keeps it from sliding on the drivers side. Maybe that would help on the passenger side for you.
