I'm screwed..
So i was racing this nissan, who come to find out was pushing 15lbs of boost. and long story short got caught supposedly doing 90 in a 45. Which landed me reckless driving (90 in a 45) and racing which is 6 points in VA. not to mention possible 1 year in jail, 2 of probation, $2500 fine and indefinite car impound. after the car put his car sideways in the road to cut us off, and both officers drew their guns.. pretty much had one in my face, i knew i was busted.. but the fit did handle itself. i know alot of people are going to hate and be like oh your an idiot & you deserve it. but whatever. wish me luck por favor. :'(

good luck. street racing is a no no. you must be still pretty young (18-21) to think street racing doesnt have its huge consequences.
its so illegal here in the state of california that youll at minimum get reckless+speeding which will net you $800+ in fines and several months suspension. if you got caught by a mean retaliating highway patrol trooper youll be confiscated and suspension for life + fines and then they will send you a youtube link of your car being crushed into a cube.

"hate" is not correct word here. i'm quite sure you realize you did not do anything smart. racing is fun, but there are plenty of venues to do it. wish you luck? be careful as you are already pushing your luck limit - you and those that were around you are alive, unlike that kid that flew into traffic light at about 90mph couple blocks away from my house.

I don't want to sound like an ass, but posting a story like that on a forum like this just doesn't make sense to me. It's like an attention grabber even if all you want is some good luck for a crime you knowingly commit. If anything all I have to say is good thing no one was injured in the least.

It's Fit related, so it's perfectly natural to post the unfortunate event here. 90 in a 45 zone is not good, but it is not as bad as 90 in a 25 zone. Always look on the bright side! Did you confess to racing, or anything else? You need to consult a lawyer. That's going to hurt, as they don't come cheap, but it could mean a huge difference in the outcome. Look for a specialist with references, And hope for a lenient judge. Pretty crazy scene with the road block and the drawn guns! You'd think that they'd simply indicate for you to pull over.

Second, I'm not wishing you luck, A) you drive a stock Honda Fit, WTF are you doing racing anyone let alone a boosted car. B) asshats like you who have no regard for public safety or traffic regulations are the reasons cops give me a second look when I've done nothing wrong.

GL with it man. Yea ur young but u live and learn. Next time keep it on a track better for you. And saves u money in the pockets which could go to mods for the car. Trust me i have been there got 1 ticket when i was 20 years old 130 in a 55. Luckly i was in uniform and the cop gave me the ticket saying 100. The judge just fined me. I use to get in way to much trouble with my cobra and Evo. But that was my lession in life.

It's a Fit. They were a mile away, and in 10 minutes you can setup quite the road block.

No need to be mean, I'm sure he's feeling bad enough as it is. My other Honda is a turbocharged motorcycle so I totally understand the urge to wick it up. Next time decline the other driver's invitation to race.
