Valvoline Synpower on sale at Oreilly's

Hey guys
Valvoline Synpower is on sale at Oreilly's autoparts, $4 a quart. That is pretty cheap, I have used Valvoline Synpower in the past in my bimmers, and they work great. I checked my local store here in WA, and they have the 5W20 grade in stock. Will probably stock up for two oil changes.

Funny thing is, I just checked my oil change interval indicator, and even after 1month/1200 miles, it only showed 90%. I really don't like to change my oil longer than 6 months. I do daily driving to work and in the stop and go peak hour traffic of Seattle.
I remember in my old 2001 bimmer, following the MID, had me changing the oil only after 1 year. When I did change it, the oil did not look like it was in a good condition; BMw filled it with Castrol syntec then. After that experience, never gone back to use Castrol Syntec stuff.

I stocked up on this oil at around the same price with additional valvoline engine guarantee rebates, but got screwed on the rebate. IMO, no way in heck they'd pay out on the engine guarantee if they don't even pay their rebates!

This oil is respected though.. good deal.
